Valdemar Estates, Entre Nosotros 2021

Valdemar Estates is a Washington State venture rooted in the heritage of Spain’s historic Bodegas Valdemar. Focused on crafting premium Cabernet-driven wines in the Columbia Valley / Walla Walla AVA, the estate blends Old World tradition with New World power. Founded to explore terroir-driven fruit from Washington’s top sites, their approach emphasises precision, quality and a refined sense of place. A blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot and 4% Syrah, aged 20 months in 50% new French oak. Deep garnet in the glass with aromas of blackberry, plum and cocoa nib. The palate is rich and structured, showing layered black fruit, espresso, graphite and savoury spice. Fine tannins and bright acidity carry through a long, elegant finish. Vegan-friendly, sustainably produced and will only get better over the next 10 years.
